Our rooms start from 200 US$ sharing for two students sharing, and 300US$ for 1 student per room. We also have dorm-like facilities for 4 students per room at a cost of 100 US$ per month.
All our rooms are well furnished with a private toilet and bathroom.
We provide FREE high speed internet. Electricity, water and internet are included in the rent.
Kindly note that our rooms are limited. We encourage you to inquire early enough and make your reservation at least 2 weeks before arrival.
Students staying more than 6 weeks will be required to pay a refundable caution deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent.
This will be refunded upon departure, after the condition of the room has been inspected and ascertained to be in good condition as you found it.
In case the room has some broken items, they will be fixed from your caution deposit, so you are advised to take good care of your room plus items therein.
